Exchange & Return

You can return the item to us within 14 days. Please send us an email with the order number first.

The purchase must be returned in its original condition, which means that the purchase must be neatly wrapped in the protective foil and the protective corners on it! With Plexiglas paintings, the plastic protective film layer must still be on it.

It goes like this for us:

1. Send us an email with your name & order number via info@daluxe-art.com . We would also like the reason for the return!
2. You must then send the package at your own expense to DALUXE ART - Schipluidenlaan 84, 5035 KK, Tilburg, the Netherlands. NOTE: Items that fall outside the return period of 14 days will not be returned. Broken or damaged items will not be taken back.
3. As soon as we have received the item, we will refund the amount properly.

The return costs are for your own account.
